Park South II

Park South II is a four-unit single-family home ownership project located on Bayard Street in Washington Village/Pigtown. The gut/rehab and new 2-story addition that include two bedrooms and a half bathroom. Park South II is an example of the continuing endeavor of Tri-Churches Housing to revitalize Washington Village and will be the benchmark of integrating sustainable design through the Green Communities initiative. Completed through contract documents at K. Lechleiter Architect as project manager.
